I absolutely love Three Dots and Red Dot tee shirts. Here's why:
1) The cotton is high quality -- if these were sheets, they would be like a 300 thread count
2) Washes well. I launder in the gentle cyle, in either cold or warm. Tumble dry for just a few minutes to get the wrinkles out, then hang dry. The shirt retains it's shape. The shirts don;t get hole, or pill up. They really last well. Ober time, the darler colors will fade a bit.
3)The cut is flattering for all figures. The Deep V neck cut is nice, but the boatneck (British style tee) is the most flattering.
4) Three Quarter Sleeves: Oh how I love three quarter sleeves: elegant yet casual. Good for cool weather as well as warm. And hear this women of a certain age: three quarter sleeves cover up the forearm jiggle!
5) The British Style Tee can be dressed up with jewelry and nice slacks for a nice night out.
6) All Three Dot and Red Dot Tee Shirts are MADE AND MANUFACTURED IN THE USA!
I own about twenty of these shirts -- have most in black, a few in Ocean Blue (a deep, rich navy), grey, lavender and brown. The grey is disappointing and blah- like sweatshirt color grey. The fabric used for the grey is also slightly different than the other color shirts (not as nice).
Caveat: the cut runs small on THREE DOTS. I have to wear an extra large, when I usually wear a large in other manufacturer tees. But for a fuller cut, the "Red Dot" line is perfect.
Overall, the cost to quality on this tee is excellent. Stick with the dark colors -- they are a bit nicer.
Love this Tee. Love the length. Great with tight jeans, covers butt. Soft fitting, feminine silhouette, not too tight. Bought large size, normally wear a 10-12, fits beautifully. Very little shrinkage.
